Return & Refund Policy
At She Is Wild and Free, every order is made with care, and many of our products are custom printed just for you. I want you to absolutely love what you receive!
Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible, non-custom items.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Include proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email meghan@sheiswildandfree.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not send items back before contacting me first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of my error or a defective item.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because most items in my shop can be customized with your choice of colors, text, or sizing, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The only exception is if:

Your item arrives damaged.

You received the wrong item.

There is a manufacturing defect.

I made an error in producing your customization.
If that happens, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. I'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email meghan@sheiswildandfree.com right away with photos of the packaging and item so I can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
Because items are printed to order, I generally do not offer exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out and I'll work with you to find the best solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products.

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I'll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days as required by applicable law. This does not affect any exceptions permitted under EU law for personalized or custom-made goods, which are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal.
